Governo de Minas vai investir R$ 1 bilhão em inovação

Falar que Minas Gerais é polo de tecnologia e inovação e que começa a se destacar internacionalmente no setor não é exagero. O estado tem o maior número de incubadoras do país e ocupa o segundo lugar em desenvolvimento de startups. Em terras mineiras ainda estão localizados cinco parques tecnológicos, além do maior número de universidades federais. A despeito disso, muitas vezes, falta uma ponte entre os criadores e os investidores. Para tentar ajudar nessa conexão, começou nessa quinta-feira (9) em Belo Horizonte a Feira Internacional de Negócios, Inovação e tecnologia (Finit), no centro de convenções Expominas. Durante o evento serão promovidos encontros para viabilizar negócios e ajudar no desenvolvimento dessas atividades.?A intenção agora é fazer com que idealizadores, empresas e investidores façam essa conexão e, assim, possam gerar negócios. O evento ajuda, inclusive, a desenvolver o estado?, afirmou Miguel Corrêa, secretário de Estado de Desenvolvimento Econômico, Ciência, Tecnologia e Ensino Superior. Ele anunciou que o governo de Minas pretende investir R$ 1 bilhão ao longo dos próximos quatro anos e adiantou outras medidas de fomento da tecnologia no estado.Além da expansão do Seed ? programa de apoio a empreendedores que desenvolvam projetos de negócio com base tecnológica em Minas ?, o governo do estado deve lançar até o fim do ano dois programas de desenvolvimento de startups voltados para alunos do ensino médio e também para universitários. No primeiro, chamado de Startup Júnior, o público será de alunos dos três anos do ensino médio, com foco nos que cursam o terceiro ano.Esses estudantes terão a oportunidade de desenvolver uma startup, contando com todo o apoio de corpo técnico e terão aula durante seis meses sobre tecnologia. Ao fim desse prazo, se aprovadas, as ideias podem ser até financiadas. Outro braço da iniciativa, voltado para os universitários ? batizado inicialmente de Startup Universitário ?, também terá investimentos do estado em formação profissional. Os aprovados terão um ano de treinamento e ainda a possibilidade de ter aprovados investimentos pela Companhia de Desenvolvimento de Minas Gerais (Codemig). O edital com os detalhes dos projetos deve ser lançado em dezembro.De acordo com o secretário, terão destaque os projetos de startups com tecnologias voltadas para áreas em que Minas já se destaca, como mineração e agropecuária. ?Nós vamos deixar a fantasia criativa livre, mas iniciativas com soluções interessantes para áreas em que o estado já se destaca terão prioridade?, afirmou.Ainda dentro da Finit será realizada a arena de negócios, espaço do ?Movimento 100 Open Startups? plataforma internacional para conectar as empresas de tecnologia com grandes organizações e fundos de investimento. Durante o evento está previsto o primeiro ranking mineiro das startups mais atraentes para o mercado.CAMPUS PARTY A Finit se propõe ser uma espécie de hub de negócios, reunindo diversos eventos em um só local, com foco em promover o intercâmbio e fomentar o que há de mais avançado em tecnologia, inovação e empreendedorismo. Faz parte da programação a primeira edição da Campus Party em Minas. O evento é considerado a maior experiência tecnológica do mundo nas áreas de ciência, criatividade, games, empreendedorismo e entretenimento digital.Para o presidente da Campus Party, Francesco Farruggia, a experiência de trazer o evento para Minas Gerais é um passo importante e ajuda a inserir o estado e a capital mineira no circuito de locais inteligentes no mundo. ?Realizar um evento como esse é muito complicado e aqui em Minas conseguimos realizar. Os mineiros são danados e se destacam nesse campo da inovação. É muito importante para a Campus Party chegar aqui?, disse. A expectativa dos organizadores é que a Finit atraia cerca de 50 mil visitantes até domingo. Só na primeira Campus Party devem ficar cerca de 1 mil pessoas acampadas, desfrutando de programação durante 24 horas.
