Skaf diz que há pontos negativos na proposta do governo
De São PauloO presidente da Federação das Indústrias do Estado de São Paulo (Fiesp), Paulo Skaf, afirmou ontem que o projeto de reforma tributária que está prestes a ser votado na Câmara dos Deputados apresenta pontos negativos ao desenvolvimento econômico do País e defendeu a alteração de alguns tópicos. Após participar de reunião do Conselho Superior Estratégico da entidade, o empresário destacou que os empresários são favoráveis à reforma tributária, que é ?urgente? e ?já deveria ter sido adotada há muito tempo?. Contudo, ao analisar a proposta nos últimos dias, foram identificados pontos que, na sua avaliação, precisam ser alterados. Um deles é a elevação de uma contribuição que incidiria sobre as empresas do setor de mineração de 2% sobre o faturamento líquido para 3% do faturamento bruto. ?Isso é quase dobrar o imposto. Vai onerar a cadeia produtiva e aumentar a carga tributária, o que é inaceitável?, disse.O presidente da Fiesp também ressaltou que não é admissível o alongamento do prazo de transição para implantação das normas relativas à legislação do ICMS de oito anos para 12 anos. ?Se estávamos engolindo oito anos, ou seja, era um prazo longo demais, 12 anos é muito maior?, comentou.
