Ceará terá bureau para incentivo

O órgão fornecerá informações sobre mineração no Estado a empresários interessados em investir aquiA mineração cresce no Brasil inteiro e, percebendo o interesse reforçado, alguns estados saem na frente em busca de incentivar o desenvolvimento do setor em seus territórios. Para tentar integrar e concentrar as informações da atividade mineradora no Ceará, o Governo do Estado pretende, até o final do ano, criar um bureau mineral.´Já que o governo não tem um órgão que articule o setor, como tem na Bahia, em Pernambuco e em outros estados, se chegar um empresário do setor mineral aqui, tendo o bureau, ele encontra onde conversar sobre o assunto, tem um atendimento personalizado´, explica o presidente da Câmara Setorial da Cadeia Produtiva Mineral, Roberto Amaral. A câmara foi criada em abril, e o bureau é a primeira demanda do grupo a ser atendida pelo governo.´O bureau já começou a ser implementado pela Adece [Agência de Desenvolvimento Econômico do Ceará] e vai funcionar lá. Será uma entidade dentro do governo tratando do assunto da mineração´, explica. Segundo ele, estarão sendo contratados especialistas na área para trabalhar no bureau, que será subordinado à Adece.Exemplos nos estadosA iniciativa estatal de investir no setor mineral vem dando resultados bastante positivos na Bahia, por exemplo. O Estado passou de 1.548 requerimentos de empresas no DNPM, em 2002, para 4.158, em 2008, contabilizando os dados somente até o mês de agosto. O resultado não foi por acaso, diz o diretor de Assuntos Minerários do Instituto Brasileiro de Mineração (Ibram), Marcelo Ribeiro Tunes.´Tradicionalmente, Minas Gerais era maior, ainda é, e vai permanecer o grande produtor mineral. Mas, à medida que se aumenta o conhecimento de geologia, alguns lugares começam a serem mais pesquisados. É o que ocorre em alguns estados que resolveram complementar o governo federal a fazer levantamentos geológicos e aerofísicos´, aponta.Como na Bahia. Tunes diz que, com recursos da produção mineral, o governo baiano começou a investir nesses levantamentos. Minas Gerais também faz isso, assim como Mato Grosso e Goiás. ´Eles dão informações mais precisas sobre os seus solos, o que fez com que um interesse maior se voltasse a essas áreas´.
