Jaguar anuncia alto teor de sondagem em Turmalina

Uma das descobertas foi uma nova mineralização de alto teor no Corpo Mineral C na mina que fica em Minas Gerais.A Jaguar Mining divulgou hoje (8) resultados de interseções de alto teor de ouro apresentadas em 36 furos de sondagem, no total de 5.393 metros. A campanha de sondagem na mina Turmalina, que tem concessões de lavra nos municípios de Pitangui e Conceição do Pará, em Minas Gerais, tem o objetivo de converter e ampliar recursos de dois corpos minerais, o Orebody A e o Orebody C.Segundo o comunicado de hoje, as interseções realizadas confirmam a continuação, em mergulho, de alta mineralização de ouro no Orebody A. “Interseções da sondagem em porções mais baixas do Orebody A (A-SE) confirmam o alargamento da mineralização abaixo dos trabalhos em andamento, não previamente identificados em níveis superiores”, diz a Jaguar em nota.No caso do Orebody C, as interseções confirmam várias mineralizações com alto teor de ouro “que sugerem elevada mineralização em profundidade, e isso tem potencial para aumentar a produção em Turmalina”.O desenvolvimento da nova sondagem voltada para o crescimento da exploração no bloco sobre um falha (hanging wall, em inglês) do Orebody A está em andamento e deve ser concluído no segundo trimestre de 2017. Segundo o comunicado, o programa de sondagem em Turmalina continua a aumentar a confiança no modelo geológico dos dois corpos minerais em razão da consistência da sondagem.As principais interseções no Orebody A foram 11,33 gramas por tonelada de ouro ao longo de 17,1 metros; 9,95 g/t Au em 14,2 metros; e 6,08 g/t Au em 22,3 metros, abaixo do ponto de sondagem que começa no subsolo. No Orebody C, os principais resultados foram 3,65 g/t Au ao longo de 15,3 metros, incluindo 6,39 g/t Au em 6,1 metros; 2,89 g/t Au em 16,6 metros, incluindo 9,27 g/t Au ao longo de 3,8 metros.”A sondagem infill continua a confirmar as extensões da mineralização de alto teor do Orebody A logo abaixo dos níveis de produção [?] Além disso, tenho o prazer de relatar que as sondagens profundas no Orebody C confirmaram as extensões da mais produtiva seção do corpo mineral (C-SE)”, disse Rodney Lamond, CEO da Jaguar, em nota.
