For the third consecutive year and for the first time with an approach to real financial gains to encourage diversity, the Brazilian Mining Institute (IBRAM) will organize the 3rd. edition of Diversibram – Mining without Labels. The event will take place on March 19th and aims to stimulate debate on the actions developed by the mineral sector in favor of this topic. Registration is now open. In addition to sector representatives, who will present success stories and Brazil’s mining goals in diversity and inclusion for the coming years, the event will also feature experts to talk about: “The role of companies in promoting and building more diverse practices and Inclusive in the mineral sector”; “How mining can be inspired by other sectors to advance the D&I agenda”; “What are the real financial gains for encouraging diversity”; “How to enhance a woman’s career to occupy executive positions in mining”, among other topics.

Diversity and inclusion are some of the commitments made by the mineral sector in the Brazilian Mining ESG Agenda. “Dialogue and the creation of an inclusive culture in mining companies are fundamental to creating environments of respect and opportunities”, analyzes the CEO of IBRAM, Raul Jungmann.
