About TSM Brazil
In Brazil, IBRAM adopted TSM in 2019. It guides and supports mining companies in managing environmental and social risks.
IBRAM translated all the protocols into Portuguese and hired technical and legal consultants to adapt them to the Brazilian reality with the support of contributions from stakeholders, as has been done in other countries.
TSM Brasil, combined with the fulfillment of the goals established in the Brazilian Mining ESG Agenda, will, in IBRAM's view, promote an intense positive transformation in the performance of Brazilian mining in terms of sustainability and operational safety.
